Courtney Lopez, Psy.D.

I view therapy as a collaborative process that encourages healing, growth, and self-discovery. I take an insight-oriented, strength-based and client-centered approach, prioritizing a deeper connection with oneself and individual values. I am passionate and committed to guiding individuals in finding hope, strength, and balance in their lives, utilizing a holistic and integrated lens and offering therapeutic support that is both authentic and meaningful. I use evidence-based treatments to explore challenges, enable deep self-reflection, build and strengthen coping skills, and cultivate insight. My communication style is warm, creating a genuine, comfortable, safe, and supportive space. I have experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan presenting with a range of clinical concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use and trauma. Regardless of the obstacles you face, I believe therapy can be a place to rediscover hope, resilience, and connection.
