Krysten Corlett, LMHC
I recognize the difficulty around pursuing change and growth in one’s life and taking the initial steps to do so. I pride myself on my ability to build rapport and a therapeutic alliance to support clients through difficult times and times of transition. I take a client-centered approach that challenges the client. With my previous training and experience, I provide trauma-informed care. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), shame-informed and mindfulness approaches. I meet my clients where they are and help them to build self-worth to live a life in which they can be their authentic selves.
