Michael Weiner, LICSW
With over 40 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively and respectfully to help clients achieve symptom relief, feelings of empowerment and enhanced self-esteem. I believe that the essence of healing comes from a person’s ability to access inner strengths and resources, which are often undervalued and underutilized or may seem inaccessible. Clients will find my style warm and inviting, highly interactive and infused with humor and authenticity. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based treatment, Byron Katie’s The Work and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is an efficient, highly effective, non-pathologizing approach to healing.
I am a founding partner of Westside Behavioral Health.
